Simon Apple has played this great outdoor event in the past. But, since the band can't do it this year, I will be performing a 30 minute solo set at 3:25...including some new music I've been writing. This will be my debut as a "front person/singer"...so, unlike every other gig I've ever done in my life, I can't hide behind a keyboard or guitar this time. (gulp). :-)
There is no admission fee, but it is asked that visitors bring food donations as “admission.” In addition to the music all day, there will be a classic car cruise, church tours, kids’ activities, lots of food, raffles, a “Marketplace” with local artists, etc. 100% of the proceeds go to the three Quakertown-area food pantries: The Quakertown Food Pantry, St. Isidore’s Food Pantry and Milford Square Shelter.
